[email protected] Michelle Siev founded Macomb Counseling Services, LLC in April 2015. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor through the state of Michigan, a National Board-Certified Counselor, and a member of the Michigan Mental Health Counselors Association. Michelle received her Master degree in counseling from Oakland University in 2012. Before becoming a therapist, Michelle received her Bachelor’s degree and teaching certificate from the University of Michigan in 1993 and taught High School English and Spanish at Port Huron High School. From 2012 through 2016, Michelle sharpened her therapeutic skills working with individuals and families at Blue Water Counseling in Fort Gratiot, Michigan and at Oakland Psychiatric Associates, PC in Pontiac, Michigan and Michelle worked at Commuincare Michigan, LLC in Bloomfield Hills where she provided cognitive therapy and mental health counseling for individuals with traumatic brain injury and other neurological impairments. Michelle’s expertise is in working with couples and individuals experiencing relationship challenges (intimacy, trust, communication), anxiety, depression, complicated grief and loss, life and work stress, academic concerns, parenting challenges, divorce issues, life transitions, and sexual abuse. |

Dominique Elya, MA, LLPC/Counselor
d[email protected] Dominique Elya has been working as a professional counselor since 2023 and is licensed through the state of Michigan. Dominique received her bachelor's degree from Oakland University in 2020 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Communication. Dominique has ample experience working with individuals and families in community mental health agencies, such as working with families in the foster care system, as a substitute teacher, and a clinical office assistant. Dominique went on to earn her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State University. Dominique joined Macomb Counseling Services during her internship and has since become a contract team member. She has gained experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in areas of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, pregnancy loss/infertility, sexual abuse, relationship issues, behavioral issues, blended family issues, divorce issues, and life transitions. |
